Normally, to open swimming pools, the water should be between 25 and 28ºC of temperature. So, to maintenance of temperature in admissible level to swim, it is necessary to look to the loss and addition of heat mechanism which influence in the pool and to project a heat sistem that to supply these necessity. The sistem analyzed was the solar heating by the plane solar collectors ALO-Solar 1002. It were calculated loss heat, in permanente regime, related to the heat transfer mechanisms like convection, conduction and radiation, and still, to the evaporaration. The review was to different swimming pools, a open/closed olimpic swimming pool (1250 m2), a open semiolimpic swimming pool (625 m2) and a open swimming pool with ¼ area of olimpic swimming pool (312,5 m2), they located at Natal/RN. The environment temperature select was 24ºC, swimming pool temperature was 28ºC and the wind velocity was 4,4 m/s (16 km/h), all these values were fixed. To heating the open olimpic swimming pool were necessary 844 solar panels, whereas to the closed olimpic swimming pool total of solar panels was 632, a reduction of 25%. To the semiolimpic swimming pool and to the swimming pool with ¼ area of olimpic swimming pool were necessary 424 and 208 solar panels, respectively.AquecimentoHeatingPiscinaPoolEnergia solarSolar energyAquecimento de piscinas com coletor solar de placa plana abertabachelorThesis
