Bodó presents itself as a municipality with relevant tourist potential, as it is the birthplace of minerals and artists, being known as the “Land of Scheelite”, offering many natural and cultural attractions, as well as a unique history and a people rich in hospitality. . All this latency is involved by the main attraction of the city, Monte de Santa Luzia, which reveals the faith and devotion of the people of Bodoense. In order to deepen and collaborate with the tourism and sustainable development of the municipality, the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) prepared the inventory of the tourist offer, 2022 edition, carried out with the adoption of its own methodology developed by the researchers (teachers and students ) of the Research and Tourism Studies Laboratory (LAPET). The technical work was carried out with human capital, composed of professors and students of the Tourism Course at FELCS/UFRN. The Tourism Inventory is the first activity in the field of tourism and regional development that helps local public management and entrepreneurs based on the information and data collected in the planning process of municipal tourism activities.
