The research becomes relevant to highlight the visions and ideas that guide this type, as well as discuss how the teaching materials for adult education have been made and distributed by addressing whose interests and knowledge acquired in the history of discipline they have been evidenced in this courseware. The research will dialogue with authors such as Iron and Pinheiro (2015) on inherent to identity issues and meanings of EJA, seeking subsidies in the National Curricular Parameters (PCN, 1997), in Bittencourt (2011) from relevant discussions to the teaching process learning History in EJA.
