Method: This is a scoping review to answer the following guiding question: “What strategies for post-treatment follow-up of Syphilis exist and can be used by Primary Health Care professionals?”. A preliminary search was carried out using the Pubmed/Medline and LILACS databases and an expanded search using the Pubmed, LILACS, Scopus, Web of Science, Catalog of Theses and Dissertations databases. Results: 18 different types of tools used for post-treatment follow-up of syphilis were found, which are mainly divided into three axes: education and awareness, mathematical models and clinical-laboratory and epidemiological follow-up and monitoring. Conclusion: There are tools for post-treatment monitoring of syphilis, which are: Education and awareness, mathematical models, clinical-laboratory and epidemiological monitoring and follow-up.
