The “Ser-Tão Jovem” is a form of continuing education and proposes to make youth can open the mind to new perspectives, and encourage them to desire to improve their situation. As elementary category of exploration to the theme of human development, it took into account the fomentation of public policies for youth, considering the need to encourage civic participation of young people in the living environment, featuring youth participation. In methodological research platform, it was used an exploratory qualitative approach, case study, content analysis and semi-structured interviews.
