Seeking a theoretical basis with emphasis on the discussions headed by authors such as: Bobbio (2010), Henriques (2015), Hora (2007), Oliveira (2017), Pinheiro (1996), among others, and also, endorsing the observations made in locus, as well as the considerations of the research collaborators, an analysis of the impacts and reflexes of the Youth of the Future Project is carried out. In the context of research development, it uses the qualitative research method, with data analysis and interpretation, adopting a bibliographic nature. The results obtained through the investigation carried out point to the necessary heated debate on the relations between the public and private sectors. However, the positive reflexes of the Youth of the Future project are evident, insofar as they stimulated a greater engagement of professionals and students in school activities, showing that, in a planned way and with continuous monitoring, it was possible to achieve satisfactory results both in practices management and student learning outcomes.
