Diferentes estratégias de hidratação não alteram o perfil antropométrico e a percepção subjetiva do esforço em praticantes de Cross Training. 39f, 2017. Methods: Sample composed of 20 individuals of both sexes, with ages between 18 and 43 years old, practicing cross training. The most advanced of three stages in three stages are: a first stage consisted of the application of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) in the short version, without monitoring of anthropometric variables and palmar grip strength. In the second stage, the data were submitted to two different hydration strategies: American College of Sport Medicine (2007) and Timothy David Noakes (2004), being 1 week for each strategy. An anthropometry, palmar grip strength, sweating rate, and subjective perception of exertion were evaluated before and after each intervention. Results: The BMI among participants in the media 21.48kg / m² (eutrophic), and according to the IPAQ, half of the applications were physically active. Comparing two hydration strategies, there was no significant difference for weight loss (p = 0.824) and fat percentage (p = 0.503). There was no significant difference in lean mass (p = 0.510). (P = 0.542, p = 0.817 respectively) as a hydration strategy. (P = 0.542, p = 0.817 respectively) as a hydration strategy. The sweating rate (p = 0.263) and the percentage of dehydration (p = 0.271) showed no significant residues. It was also observed agreement for a subjective perception of the effort between the two strategies in the three moments of evaluation (p> 0.05). Conclusion: Not detected significant observed regarding anthropometry, sweating rate, degree of dehydration and subjective perception of effort, among cross training practitioners submitted to different hydration strategies.embargoedAccessHidrataçãoAntropometriaSudoreseEsforço físicoDiferentes estratégias de hidratação não alteram o perfil antropométrico e a percepção subjetiva do esforço em praticantes de Cross TrainingDifferent hydration strategies do not alter the anthropometric profile and the subjective perception of the effort in cross training practitionersbachelorThesis
