The methodology used combines bibliographic and descriptive procedures. We carried out a survey of studies based on the keywords: “education and comic books” on websites repository of TCCs, theses and dissertations, in order to analyze the frequency of publications in the last four years. The curricular structure of the UFRN Pedagogy Course was also analyzed in order to identify which components address the theme of comics in their syllabi. A form containing five guiding questions was also shared among the 2024.1 graduates of the UFRN Pedagogy Course to find out whether the comics approach was worked on during their training and how it was.
