The National Research Ethics Commission (CONEP) regulates research in the country through relevant regulations, legislation and guidelines, namely: resolutions 466/2012 and 510/2016 for research with human beings and other complementary regulations and, more recently, Law 14,874, which provides for research with human beings and establishes the National System of Ethics in Research with Human Beings. However, it is not uncommon for researchers, especially beginners, to face doubts when organizing the research project and submitting it, which currently occurs on Plataforma Brasil, and when the project is carried out in any University Hospitals. from the Ebserh Network, processed on the Rede Pesquisa Platform. Considering that the standardization of guidelines for researchers can minimize the return of projects with outstanding documentary types and ethical obstacles, the present study aimed to develop and validate as a product, a multimedia guide of good practices for forwarding research projects, considering how study universe, researchers from a University Hospital in the Ebserh Network. To carry out this research, a mixed research method was adopted, documental, descriptive-analytical and methodological. During this research, two studies were carried out prior to the validation of the multimedia manual, namely: a documentary study, which aimed to characterize the guidance materials for researchers on the submission of projects for ethical consideration in Brazil and a descriptive study-analytical, which investigated the satisfaction of researchers who went through the ethical advisory process developed by the study's main researcher. The results stand out: in Article 1, the first product of this dissertation, 1,867 informative resources were returned, of which 45 were analyzed, of which 8 were written materials and 37 instructional videos. In Article 2, researchers' satisfaction with the advice provided was observed, so that the model was identified as viable for adoption in the researched hospital. As a final product, a script for educational multimedia material was developed and validated by expert judges, members and coordinators of CEPs, consisting of 4 videos and a checklist to support researchers in submitting research projects to CEPs, which may be made available on the teaching and research management page.
