Consequently, the implementation of an efficient and viable solution has been proposed, aiming to centralize logs in a single application to facilitate understanding and eliminate access restrictions by department, a vital aspect to ensure the security and integrity of the applications. In this regard, the implementation of the Elastic Stack in a Kubernetes environment was chosen, making use of the Elasticsearch, Filebeat, and Kibana tools, which are components of this solution. With proper deployment and configuration, a significant improvement in log management within the TCE/RN environment is observed, surpassing the challenges previously faced by the institution. The results obtained reflect a notable progress in the tribunal’s ability to handle real-time data control. The adopted strategy has proven effective by offering a comprehensive approach to addressing challenges associated with monitoring and analyzing data in complex corporate environments. The implemented system provides an intuitive interface for data visualization and exploration, enabling professionals to detect patterns and trends effectively, thereby contributing to informed decision-making and immediate response to adverse situations. The implemented solution allows for flexible data storage and access, facilitating detailed analysis and rapid responses to events.
