This work carried out a survey of Android smartphone applications in 2022 with the potential to support the study of Biology in High School. 371 free applications, in Portuguese and English, were analyzed considering technological aspects (file size, offline execution, launch date and last update) and pedagogical aspects (themes, competences and abilities foreseen in the BNCC, contents, interdisciplinarity and pedagogical resources offered). The analyzed applications address a variety of aspects, but still focus on a few items.
