Uma análise comparativa de metodologias do design e projeto do aplicativo móvel Bulbo. Orientador: Bruno Santana da Silva. 2022. 125 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Design) - Departamento de Design, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/46137The work presents introductory knowledge about design and reflects on some of the author's personal questions about design methodologies. These questions can be summarized by: What are the similarities and differences between product, graphic, information and digital methodologies? To try to answer them, the objectives of (1) comparing design methodologies in the product, graphic, information and digital areas were outlined and, to consolidate the lessons learned in this comparison, (2) have a practical experience in the design of an artifact digital. The comparison of methodologies began with the investigation of methodologies in the field of Design, taking as parameters the user, artifact and task, aspects present in the ontology of design proposed by Bonsiepe (1997). In the investigation, the 3 concepts of ontology were specific aspects analyzed more closely. The user was analyzed according to the commitment of their abilities in use. The artifacts were analyzed considering their pratical (physical), aesthetic and symbolic aspects, as proposed by Löbach (2001). The tasks were analyzed according to the capabilities they demand from the user. The result of this comparison pointed to possible answers to the initial questions. On these issues, it was concluded that the similarities between the methodological approaches to design are in the general objectives of the methodological steps and in the similar information that is usually addressed. The differences between the approaches, on the other hand, appear in the considerations they make about the artifact, task and user, mainly motivated by the differences between the types of artifacts. At the end of the comparison, work continued with practical experience in the design of the Bulbo mobile application interface, which aims to assist users in carrying out time-consuming hair treatments. This project was guided by the methodology proposed by Preece et al. (2002). The generated prototype was evaluated with the participation of 5 potential users, through which it was concluded that the usability is effective and opportunities for improvement were identified. At the end of this work, some challenges for the area of digital design were found. They are: how to conduct the project of the a product that can evolve for a long time? How to prepare a good documentation in digital design? How would a designer deal with the problem of having their project produced (programmed, built) by someone else and not by a machine (e.g. printer), as is common in other sub-areas of the Design field?Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Metodologias do designDesign digitalCronograma capilarAplicativos móveisBulbo (Aplicativo)Uma análise comparativa de metodologias do design e projeto do aplicativo móvel BulbobachelorThesis
