Using the Excellence Model in Public Management, the Program has shown excellent results in Military Organizations. The Center for Human Services for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States of America uses a non-prescriptive evaluation structure, consisting of 6 steps of practical evaluation that gravitate to 4 standards of effectiveness, allowing a visualization of the quality and effectiveness of the program. . This research provides an analysis of the Neptune Program in light of the CDC program evaluation framework. An evaluation of the Netuno Program through the CDC framework is presented to validate its effectiveness.
