Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Farmácia) - Departamento de Farmácia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/58634Oxidative stress is a phenomenon related to the excess of free radicals compared to antioxidants in the body. This imbalance is directly related to several permanent oxidative damages in biomolecules, which can generate mutations, increase in atherogenicity, rupture of membranes and culminate in cell death. Therefore, the objective of this project is to synthesize an unprecedented compound capable of scavenging free radicals, serving as a possible future therapeutic alternative. For this, 1,2,3-triazol-1,4-disubstituted was developed, with the presence of two nitroxides in its structure. These two radicals are stabilized by TEMPOL-Triazol hybridization, ensuring the ability of this molecule to degrade superoxides and peroxides by redox action. For the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole, the “Click Chemistry” reaction was used, characterized by being thermodynamically favorable, simple and with high yield. At the end of the reaction, the sample obtained was purified using the Silica Gel Column Chromatography method, using a Hexane/Ethyl Acetate mixture as eluent. Finally, the product was characterized by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Melting Point, NMR and Infrared Spectroscopy.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Estresse oxidativo1,2,3-triazolReação de "Click Chemistry"Síntese de 1,2,3-triazóis derivados de nitróxidos com prospecção de atividade antioxidanteSynthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles derived from nitroxide with prospection of antioxidant activitybachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
