Nursing technicians are responsible for assistance actions, constantly being in the presence of patients with various pathologies. Objective: To describe the profile of reported work-related accidents due to exposure to biological material involving nursing technicians, from 2021 to 2023, in the municipality of Natal. Method: This is a quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study. Data collection was carried out through the Unified Health System's Informatics Department platform, using notifications registered in the Notifiable Diseases Information System database. Results: The year with the highest number of notifications was 2021, with the most frequent circumstances of accidents being intravenous administration of medication, and half of the case outcomes being ignored.
