This topic impacts organizations in various areas, which is why it is important that it is increasingly discussed in academia and this work seeks to understand how this has been happening. It is a bibliometric research of a descriptive type, and of a mixed nature, as quantitative and qualitative analyzes were used. A research of publications carried out between 2018 and 2022 on Organizational Climate was carried out, with a sample of 28 works from a base external to UFRN (CAPES and Spell Periodical) and 19 works from UFRN. Variables of publication frequency per year, keywords, publications by departments and courses, in addition to professors with the most supervised work, were analyzed. For the qualitative analysis, the sample was reduced to three works published by CCSA Administration students, where it was analyzed whether there was a relationship - and what it would be - between the themes of Motivation and Satisfaction, keywords highlighted in the UFRN database. In general, publications discuss these correlations in less depth.
