It is a chronic disease that affects women's productivity and quality of life. Typical symptoms in women with endometriosis include chronic pelvic pain, abnormal menstruation, dyspareunia, and infertility. MS often occurs in women of reproductive age and according to the World Health Organization (WHO), endometriosis affects approximately 190 million women and girls of reproductive age worldwide, which corresponds to 10% of the world's population. Current medical treatments for endometriosis are primarily hormonal and symptomatic, and therefore the development of new, effective, and safe pharmaceuticals targeting specific molecular and signaling pathways is needed. This study aims to analyze the emerging and alternative therapeutic options for endometriosis, different from conventional therapy (surgery). A literature search was conducted in the Scielo, Pubmed, and Virtual Health Library, including studies in English and Portuguese, in the years 2014 to 2024. The results obtained show that many treatments such as the use of new drugs and non-pharmacological therapies are promising. However, more studies are needed to ensure greater confidence in the effectiveness of these therapies.EndometrioseEndometriosisTherapeutic InterventionsInterveções TerapêuticasTratamentoTreatmentGerenciando a endometriose: uma análise crítica das intervenções terapêuticasManaging endometriosis: a critical analysis of therapeutic interventionsbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
