The study's framework covers the themes of organizational climate, organizational culture and quality of life at work. The research is characterized as exploratory and descriptive. In order to carry out the research, a questionnaire was applied with 18 questions, using the Likert scale, based on Álvaro Tamayo's model (1999), which reveal the variables: commitment, working conditions, communication, leadership, interpersonal relationships, compensation and recognition in the work environment. In the analysis of the data obtained, it was observed that the majority of the variables presented indices considered satisfactory, which shows that the opinion of the company's employees is that the organizational climate is favourable.
