The research focuses on the impacts of the flexible working conditions underlying these platforms on fundamental social rights, such as minimum wages, working hours and benefits. Digital platforms, such as Uber and iFood, represent a challenge for traditional Labor Law, given that their operations often slip between classic definitions of employment.
