Análise das fundações do Reservatório R-10 do Campus Central da UFRN. 2016. 70f. The piled raft analyses is more complex, since there is no simplifications on the soil-structure, so it was thought to use a program for 3D analysis of geotechnical structures to facilitate it. The software which was chosen is a product of Rocscience Inc., the Rock and Soil 3-Dimensional analysis program (RS3), which has specific tools to solve piled raft problems. This monograph studies a water tank foundation analysis, it is located at Campus Central da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), the foundation project has 2 caps, each one is supported over 12 piles, the piles have a length of 10m and diameter of 50cm. The analyses were made considering different constraints, the foundation project was analyzed as a raft, a piled raft and a cap, and in each analyses it was applied and not applied the bending due to wind, besides that it was made a seventh analyses for each piles to have a reference of soil behavior. Once the analyses were concluded, the data were compared with other research data. The analyses concluded that 37% of the loading is transferred to the soil through the rafts. Based on the literature review, this research concluded that the data is coherent, it also proposes a future study changing the project configuration and loadings.openAccessRadier Estaqueado.
