Many of these challenges are related to technology, both in its solution and its limitation. Information Technology plays a fundamental role in work processes. However, while it provides solutions, it can also create obstacles. With the aim of contributing to the solution of the current lack of information transfer between the "Acesso Fácil" and the "Processo Judicial Eletrônico version 2x" (PJe2x) systems used in the Central de Atendimento da Justiça Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (JFRN), the objective of this work is to propose an extension for the Google Chrome browser. This extension receives data from "Acesso Fácil" and performs a series of manipulations on the "PJe2x" page, inserting data into the corresponding fields. This streamlines the work of JFRN Central de Atendimento servers, assisting in the transfer of data from one system to another, without the need to manually copy data item by item. Furthermore, it eliminates the need to create integration mechanisms between the mentioned systems, which would require a significant development time. Currently, this information is typed or copied manually, item by item, resulting in significant delays in productivity and negatively impacting the process of opening cases requested by citizens. This leads to a buildup of registrations that servers need to record in the "Processo Judicial Eletrônico," consequently increasing the response time of the judiciary to the population.
