Objective therefore treat on a bibliographic research on the elementary school teacher's role in the face of bullying in the classroom looking for strategies to combat the recurrence of this phenomenon in schools. Thus, seeks to address bullying prevention measures in the classroom highlighting the teacher that has an important role with this phenomenon, because it is those who deal directly with the risk of attacks carried out in the classroom of all kinds. It is noticed that this professional education is one of the key players that can be used in prevention, however, it must be able to know how to deal and overcome the situation as far as powers. The teacher of the classroom, so it is one of the first to have attitudes of prevention and possible solutions together with school, family and society. Using a bibliographical exploration research delved into the work of researchers (Pinto; White, 2001 Constantini, 2004 Ramos, 2016 Fante, 2005 Silva, 2002, among others, on the importance of developing the theme and achieve your goal. In these terms, that research is of great importance in the field of education, especially in the acting and the teacher's role as peacemaker bullying phenomenon in the elementary school level.
