Orientador: Francisco Arnoldo Nunes de Miranda. 2022. 68f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Enfermagem) - Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/49498The pandemic started from the new coronavirus (COVID-19), was established by the World Health Organization (WHO) to be an acute respiratory infection, caused by a subtype of the coronavirus. The imposed social isolation could intensify and potentiate loneliness, sadness, anxiety and, consequently, affect sleep eating patterns, religious manifestations, among others. Could the use of an application called APASMC.COVID-19 as a digital technology be effective in identifying and guiding people with signs of anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem in the current and post-pandemic context caused by Covid-19? The motivation for the present study stems from professional practice with the intention of creating a functional application for the work process, both in teaching and in nursing care practices, with possible examples showing the anxiogenic, depressive, stress, of self-esteem, social isolation, thus being able to create questionnaires to measure depression, perceived stress, low self-esteem and evaluation of the usability of the application, without any psychodiagnostic pretension. Develop a web/mobile application (APASMC.Covid-19) with an intuitive and easily accessible interface as a technology to identify and guide people with signs of anxiety, depression and low selfesteem in the current and post-pandemic context caused by Covid-19. This is a methodological study of content construction and validation to structure and analyze evidence of content validation and presentation of a web and mobile application, with free or paid domains, using an engine called Bubble.io, where presents programming using blocks. This programming consists of Javascript, HTML, Node.js and Postgres, universally accessible, and available in Portuguese: talk about anxiogenic, depressive, perceived stress and self-esteem effects from social isolation; stimulate textual production via diary; answering depression, stress, selfesteem and loneliness questionnaires, without any psychodiagnostic intention; and perform the usability assessment of the application. The validation process was carried out in two stages. The first among eight bidders in March 2020, in two bidders independently and remotely, marked each stage of the development of the App, if they agreed, disagreed with changes or disagreed, with the respective justifications and then suggestions for improvement could be given in the stages of the App. App. The second validation step took place in August 2020 with users who accessed the App. Considering the guidance of Pasquali (2010), on the minimum number of judges (users) to evaluate the App, these were chosen through the non-probabilistic technique by sending registered users by email when accessing the App a validation instrument in the format google forms, thus obtaining a total of 116 users. The App.APASMC.Covid-19 developed in the context of the pandemic presented evidence of validity according to the evaluation of the proposers and users regarding the content, presentation and functionality. It meets the WHO recommendation and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 - Health and Well-Being and Goal 15 Terrestrial Life, which recommends the humanization of online contact during the COVID-19 quarantine. The App. APASMC.Covid 19 presented the basic requirements of evidence validity and can be used during and beyond the pandemic, and can be used as a platform for tracking emotions and feelings, arising from everyday life, in the form of knowledge of the problem, monitoring and guidance of affected people . And, still as a remote resource able to be used with security, secrecy and reliability for the development of courses, orientations in a synchronous and asynchronous way.Acesso AbertoCoronavírusPandemiaDepressãoAnsiedadeAutoestimaDesenvolvimento de aplicativo Web/Mobile para identificar e orientar pessoas com indícios de ansiedade, depressão e autoestima baixa frente à Covid-19Development of a Web/Mobile application to identify and guide people with indications of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem against Covid-19masterThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
