Based on this, this research aimed to evaluate the difficulties faced by public school management to ensure the inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN) in a state school in Encanto-RN city. This is a descriptive research, with a field study and quali-quantitative character. Data were collected through the application of questionnaires prepared with open and closed questions, directed to a group consisting of the management team and professors, which totaled 14 participants. Then, the informations obtained was analyzed using Excel software and the word cloud, which consists of a graphic image that highlights the most cited words. The results showed problems that permeate the inclusion process at school, including the financial and human resources lack, including the absence of professionals training and qualification in this area, as well as the issue of school infrastructure that hinders accessibility. In addition, it was found that professionals consider family support and combating prejudice as relevant aspects for effective inclusion. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need for adaptive measures in the school studied for a broader and more accessible inclusive condition.
