Programming teaching, together with the development of health systems by students from non-computer courses, emerges as a unique context identified in the Health Technological Innovation Laboratory - LAIS of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, which promotes the formation of researchers in health systems from various laboratory projects and research bases. In this context, the main objective of this research is to systematize this active learning ecosystem of programming centered on the student experience by relating 4 (four) steps, 10 (ten) processes, 43 (forty three) activities and 3 (three) models for artifacts. in iterative and incremental cycles called educational sprints, facilitated by mentors and learning tutors working in self-organized and cross-functional teams of researchers with cross-cutting, complementary, and interdependent personality profiles, course, and field of expertise. The research methodology has an applied nature, objectives guided by exploratory research, qualitative and quantitative and its technical procedures mainly disciplined by action research.
