In light of this, the objective of this document is to develop a practical manual for fire prevention and protection systems in parking garage buildings, based on technical standards, current legislation, and the technical guidelines of the Military Fire Department of Rio Grande do Norte. The material presents clear, illustrated instructions to support professionals in the proper application of legal requirements. The manual was validated through its application in a real-world project and includes specific measures for electric vehicle charging areas, offering solutions that enhance the safety of these spaces.
