Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Práticas de Saúde e Educação) - Escola de Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/60452Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) is considered an infectious disease, caused by the proliferation of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, which mainly affects the lungs and can reach other areas of the body. However, although it is an ancient and easily treatable disease, TB is considered a serious public health problem. It is also evident that there are factors that favor the abandonment of tuberculosis treatment, which makes it increasingly difficult to interrupt the transmission chain. In this context, it is worth highlighting the importance of integrating Health Care Networks as a fundamental piece -mental in the control of this pathology. Objective: Construction of an educational technology to support health promotion actions in the SUS Care Networks. Methodology: The study has a qualitative and descriptive approach, located in the field of intervention research and guided by the precepts of Action Research. The methods and techniques used - integrative review, interviews and focus group - enabled the development of an interactive educational technology, in the format of an 'Almanac', for use in virtual and physical modalities by health professionals. The study setting is the municipality of CajazeirasPB. The population consisted of nurses, doctors, community health agents, nursing technicians, radiology technicians, sputum smear technicians, biochemists working at the three levels of health care and users who had been diagnosed with TB. Data collection was carried out from April/2023 to September/2023, after being approved by the Ethics and Research Committee. The study respected the human condition and fulfilled all the requirements of autonomy, nonmaleficence, justice and equity, among the other explicit requirements in resolution 466/2012 of the Ministry of Health. Results: The development of the almanac enabled the participation of the subjects of research in the educational process, contributing to the construction of knowledge and increased autonomy, in addition to contributing and allowing health professionals and system users to obtain more knowledge about TB, enhancing the work process. It is believed that through this research, weaknesses in care and disease control in the SUS Care Networks were also identified as elements to be worked on in educational technology.
