The work survey is quantitative, based on a case study with convenience sampling, and was performed through an analysis with a group of patients awaiting care. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with twelve questions applied at UBS, with a sample of one hundred and sixty five people. Among the results found, it is noticed that there is a high degree of satisfaction of the users with the services offered by the UBS of the city. It is essential to analyze the satisfaction of the population, since it is from this that the manager can create ways to improve the services offered in the municipality.
