Análise da implementação da classificação de Robson como ferramenta na diminuição de cesarianas: Uma revisão de literatura. 37f. 2024. Monografia (Graduação em Enfermagem) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/60966The birth in the hospital environment is characterized by the adoption of various technologies and procedures aimed at making it safer for the woman and her child. However, women and newborns are exposed to high rates of interventions such as cesarean sections. In contrast, the use of the Robson Classification emerges as an alternative for the stratification of cesarean deliveries. This study aims to deepen the understanding of the topic and encourage new research that may contribute to improving healthcare for women in obstetric care. The relevance of this study and the importance of discussing this issue are highlighted. Therefore, the objective was to analyze, through literature, the implementation of the Robson Classification as a tool to reduce cesarean section rates. To achieve the proposed objectives, an integrative literature review was conducted, with a descriptive exploratory approach in the BVS, Lilacs, PubMed, and Scielo databases. After searching and applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 articles from 2019 to 2024 were selected for descriptive analysis through the construction of a results table. Based on the results, it was found that nulliparous women and multiparous women with previous cesareans stand out in the performance of surgical deliveries. Moreover, the lack of proper knowledge of pregnant women about vaginal delivery is identified as an exponential problem regarding childbirth, indicating a deficit originating from prenatal care. Thus, it was concluded that public policies need to be directed towards strengthening actions to promote vaginal delivery, ensuring the quality of care.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/CesarianaBirth; ChildbirthNascimentoPartoRevisãoSaúde da mulherCesarean sectionReviewWomen's healthAnálise da implementação da classificação de Robson como ferramenta na diminuição de cesarianas: Uma revisão de literaturaAnalysis of the Implementation of the Robson Classification as a Tool in Reducing Cesarean Deliveries: A Literature ReviewbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
