With the constant changes in the labor market and in the economic space, as well as the advances of the technologies bring dense changes in the world of work. Due to the flexibilities in the labor relations, the search for outsourcing services has increased due to the high cost reduction for companies. In this sense, the research had as general objective to study Walton's theories in which the concepts about quality of life at work (QVT) were approached becoming a case study before employees collaborators-outsourced in the campus of Cuité / UFCG-Paraíba. As a specific objective in a perspective to identify the factors that promote employee motivation or motivation, raise who these employees are in front of the research and detect the level of quality of life of these workers. With delimitation of the theme and the universe of the research, a group of outsourced workers from the UFCG-Cuité campus was involved in the study. Data were collected through questionnaires elaborated with Walton's main concepts and worked through content analysis techniques. The research contributes to the evaluation of the QVT of outsourced jobs.
