Spices such as garlic and onion besides being quite studied because of their functional properties are widely used in the most diverse types of food adding flavor. The main objective of this work is to present the processing of a salted yogurt with added spices, garlic and onion, in a dehydrated and granulated form, conferring not only a flavor to the product but a different texture from the options currently found in the market.
