Visual narratives influence consumer perception and behavior, while CRM allows personalization of interactions, promoting engagement and loyalty. The study addresses the creation of content that speaks emotionally to the target audience and the impact of new technologies and digital platforms on the dissemination of audiovisual content. The methodology used was a documentary and exploratory analysis, based on case studies and literature review, allowing a practical and theoretical view of trends in the audiovisual market.
