Whit the integration of Pedagogy and Psychology students, efforts were made to the listen to teacher’s work, conducted by the institution’s psychologist and the pedagogical job, which involves the systematic planning and collective teaching strategies, with a goal to promote reading and writing skills. The link between pedagogy and psychology allowed achieve as results a change of the direction in the institution in relation to the importance given to the pedagogical work organization collectively and democratically which began to consider the specificities of own professionals and students who make up the institution.
