One of these challenges is the identification of disallowances, payment refusals highlighted by health plan operators. Seeking to avoid glosses as much as possible, a hospital management system was hired to assist in the management of the Liga's processes and services, the Conecte/w system from the company Wareline. But to integrate Conecte/w, an API was built to connect the new system with the League's database and internal systems, such as Leitos and PEP (Electronic Patient Record, from portuguese, Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente). The first manages the movements that occur in the beds and the second manages the patient's medical evolution. The language used in the development of the API was C#, as it is common to internal systems already created and allows the development of robust APIs. The CQRS architectural standard and the DDD design methodology were used as they are very useful in creating APIs and adapt well to the Company's business rules. The objective of this course completion work was to build a part of the API responsible for providing endpoints that operate the functions of creating, updating, deleting and searching information related to agreements and image scanning. To develop these endpoints, models, repositories, handlers, etc. were added to the API. so that they function properly, meeting the standards presented above and respecting the relevant business rules. Before the completion of this work, the integration of Conecte/w was started and the API is already in operation, meeting the requests of the League's various employees, for example, doctors, nurses and receptionists.
