The objective of this study is to report the experience lived by multiprofessional residents in Primary Care in the construction of the I Regional Forum for the Prevention of Unintentional Pregnancy in Adolescence, held for the municipalities of the IV health region of Rio Grande do Norte (RN). This is a descriptive study, an experience report. The active and creative participation of the Multiprofessional Residency in this event was of great relevance, with significant contributions in the debates regarding the challenges involving unintended teenage pregnancies pointed out by the professionals present.
