Based on a comprehensive theoretical review and field research through a semi-structured interview, the study explores critical aspects of implementing this practice. The findings reveal challenges such as accounting and operational management, transportation costs, and the need for efficient integration among consumers, retailers, and the industry. Conversely, opportunities related to sustainability, cost reduction, and contributions to the circular economy stand out. The research emphasizes that reverse logistics is a crucial strategic tool for optimizing processes, meeting environmental demands, and enhancing competitiveness.
