Of this universe, two are Multiprofessional Health Residency Programs (PRMS), one with focus area in Primary Care and one in Health area. Maternal and child. The PRMS are characterized as lato sensu postgraduate that through training through work seeks to qualify young professionals in and for the Unified Health System (SUS). The study with graduates demonstrates the relevance of these programs and the scope of the pedagogical objectives proposed by them. This population makes up a portion of society that contributes to the development of the fields of Health and Education in the region where they operate, specifically in two municipalities of Seridó potiguar - Caicó and Currais Novos, in which are offered practical scenarios for practical and theoretical activities. - practical.Objective: To characterize the profile and perception of graduates of the EMCM / UFRN Multiprofessional Health Residency Programs. Method: Crosssectional research with quantitative approach and descriptive and exploratory character. For data collection, data were used from an electronic questionnaire sent by the EMCM Residency Programs Coordinator to monitor graduates from EMCM until 2019. The questionnaire was designed by EMCM teachers and has five sessions: 1) Sociodemographic issues; 2) vocational training; 3) Professional experience and working conditions; 4) Relationship with the SUS; and 5) Vocational training at EMCM.Results: The response rate was 50% out of a total of 89 graduates. Predominate young people up to 30 years, women, originating from the region of Seridó potiguar. They come from public institutions of higher education and currently 69% work in health care in SUS in the same area of the course, with salary range of one to three minimum wages. All research participants consider that their professional life was influenced by PRMS, and apply the knowledge acquired in their daily work. During the training, they point out that tutors, tutors and teachers were available. However, the articulation between the university and Tertiary Care health equipment was considered insufficient. Interprofessionality and the acquisition of knowledge and level of learning were positive highlights. The practice scenarios, the biggest difficulty.
