COM POTENCIAL À BIODIESEL. 2018. 44 f. TCC (Graduação) - Curso de Química, Instituto de Química, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2018.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/38268The search for a clean and renewable energy source is one of the major concerns of the 21st century, among which biodiesel is one of the main alternatives found, since its use can reduce the emission of polluting gases. In recent years, due to the gradual increase in the percentage of biodiesel to diesel, one of the main challenges of this technology is the demand for oil-rich species that does not have a large scale application in the food industry. Therefore, the demand for biodegradable and renewable raw materials encourages research, among them microalgae, in which they have advantages compared to the higher plant species. Because they present a high concentration of fatty acids per cultivated area, in the future, the viability of this process will be assured. This work aims at evaluate the effects of different particle sizes (0,300 mm and 0,180 mm) and systems of cellular disruption (magnetic stirring with reflux and temperature and Soxhlet) on the metabolites extracion of microalgae Chlamydomonas sp. in the presence of solvent n-hexane and/or acid pre-treatment. Then, the extracted and/or residual material was quantified and/or characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, Infra-red, Optical Microscopy and Thermogravimetry (TG/DTG).Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/MicroalgaMicroalgaeExtraçãoExtractionBiodieselBiodieselAnálise de metabólitos primários da Chlamydomonas sp. com potencial à biodieselbachelorThesisPesquisa e desenvolvimento tecnológico para o setor de petróleo, gás e biocombustíveis
