However, removal of the filter cake is necessary for the cementation between the rock formation and the coating to be efficient. Therefore, in this process flushing fluid called preflush are used to remove the filter cake formed by the drilling fluid. The use of microemulsion systems as a flushing fluid has been distinguished mainly by removing non-aqueous drilling fluids and promoting the inversion of formation wettability. In this context, this work developed and characterized microemulsion systems based on pseudoternary diagrams formulated with cationic (DAC) and anionic (SDS) surfactants for use as a preflush (flushing fluid) in the removal of filter cake that was compatible with the drilling fluid. and with water and cement paste wettable surfaces. The formulated microemulsion systems were characterized by the study of: filter cake removal efficiency tests, reuse of efficient filter cake removal systems, surface tension measurements, droplet diameter, thermal stability (T / G and DTG thermogravimetric curves) and wettability, while the mixtures between the flushing fluid and the cement paste were characterized by: rheology, fluid compatibility and compressive strength (UCA). DAC-16 flushing fluid with formulation of: 11.6% C / T, 2.4% FO and 86% FA removed 100% of the filter cake, the rock became water-wettable at 6 ° contact angle In 60 seconds, the flushing fluid is compatible with the cement paste and the compressive strength of 15 MPa scrubbed contaminated cement paste of satisfactory for cementing operations. SDS F-point flushing fluid, 30% C / T, 10% F / O and 60% FA composition, removed 100% filter cake, wettability at 5 ° contact angle in 24 seconds, cement paste compatibility and compressive strength of 10.44 MPa.Acesso AbertoTensoativosMicroemulsãoColchão lavadorRebocoMolhabilidadeAplicação de sistemas microemulsionados como colchão lavador para remoção do reboco de fluido de perfuração não aquosodoctoralThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::QUIMICA
