Assédio moral e sexual nas organizações: o que têm a falar os estagiários?. 2019. 25 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Administração) - Departamento de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Currais Novos, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/43525The current scenario of the commercial world, organizations and the labor market, has become increasingly bold in relation to employee devaluation, disrespect and lack of ethics. The issue of moral and sexual harassment is still a taboo for society, given that even with modernization and freedom of expression, some people are still afraid to address the issue, are embarrassed and do not feel comfortable discussing it mainly in public. The following article aims to show that harassment is so close to our reality that it is unnoticed before our eyes, to see how cases of workplace harassment happen and how to give their reasons, to offer an alternative to help people who go through this situation showing that they are not alone and bring the attention of organizations to issues of respect and morality with their collaborators. For this, a research was carried out on moral and sexual harassment in the organizations, soon after, a qualitative research with students of administration of the UFRN, Ceres Currais Novos, that do or already did internship during the course. The research has turned out that harassment is a topic to be treated with more attention, since it is a possible fact generating anxiety and insomnia, which can often result in a depression. As the internship is done for a certain time many students end up leaving there, trying to watch over their work so that their superiors have no reason to terminate the contract before the end or even do not want to effect them as hired employees future. With this it is important to emphasize that dialogue is the first step and that measures to solve the problem must be taken. The article ends by leaving open to the next student who is interested in continuing with the second stage of the research of the subject, looking for new victims and students who want to participate, deepening and studying about types of harassment in organizations. Moral and sexual harassment in organizations: what do interns have to say?bachelorThesis
