Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/65038Mossoró Cidade Junina, one of Brazil's largest cultural events, presents an information access challenge for its attendees due to the decentralized nature of its schedule and services. This work's main objective was to design the information architecture and interfaces for a mobile application to function as an official guide, aiming to optimize the user experience. To do so, a semi-structured User-Centered Design methodology was adopted, which ranged from bibliographic and quantitative research with the event's audience to the design process that culminated in the creation of a navigable, medium-fidelity prototype. The proposal's validation was carried out through a remote usability test with representative users from the event's audience. The results demonstrated the high effectiveness of the structural solution, with participants successfully completing essential tasks and evaluating the experience as intuitive and positive, in addition to providing valuable perspectives for future implementations.
