A imprescindibilidade da automação e unificação dos bancos de dados para fins de otimização da pesquisa acadêmica e do aperfeiçoamento da Jurisdição Criminal. 2022. 92f. Monografia (Graduação em Direito) - Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/46601Only from coherent data and information quality it is possible to carry out genuine readings on the Brazilian jurisdictional reality, without which it is not possible to develop adequate judicial policies. Therefore, given the inconsistencies perceived in the analytical reports of the GMF/5th Region electronic system, due to lack of completion and errors resulting from manual data entry, it was necessary to explore the causes and the best way to remedy the reported deficiencies. The present work endeavored to analyze the problems arising from the non-automation of information systems, namely, the inefficiency of processes with rework, duplication of information and the potentiation of human error, in addition to defending the automation of data collection systems as means of mitigating these deficiencies, which directly impact the reading of the Brazilian jurisdictional reality, and the elaboration of public policies resulting from these data. To this end, we used the documentary consultation of the reports issued by the GMF 5th Region, sent to the CNJ, regarding the data collected from March 2018 to May 2019, as well as bibliographic research in Law and Technology, study of CNJ resolutions and comparative analysis of restricted information systems used by the 2nd Federal Court of Rio Grande do Norte and its data redundancy. We studied the systems integration mechanisms proposed at the national level, such as gov.br, BNMP 3.0 and DATAJUD under development, in order to mitigate these problems. It was concluded that there is a need for integration between the judiciary's information systems, ensuring a unified and cohesive database, in which the data once entered, whether by artificial intelligence or human hands, communicates with different interfaces, allowing multiple readings of the national judiciary and the production of adequate judicial policies as well as academic research.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/JurimetriaJurimetrySistemas jurídicos de informaçãoElectronic legal systemsJurisdição criminalCriminal jurisdictionA imprescindibilidade da automação e unificação dos bancos de dados para fins de otimização da pesquisa acadêmica e do aperfeiçoamento da Jurisdição CriminalThe imperativeness of automation and unification of databases for the purposes of optimization of academic research and improvement of Criminal JurisdictionbachelorThesis
