An analysis of seeds is increasingly being requested, because with technical advances it is possible to improve the quality of the final product. One of the techniques that is currently emerging is an area of digital image processing (PDI), which already has some work in the area of seed analysis, with the aim of optimizing and making the observation of product quality less subjective. The present work had as objective to develop a module of the free software imagej, to establish relationships between the morphometric and colorimetric descriptors with the quality of the seed germination of Catanduva.
