A difficult challenge of dealing to present numerous factors that entails. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the questions related to indiscipline, showing the conceptual field, knowing a little of school indiscipline characteristics, making a brief investigation of its causes and possible structures. Highlighting important aspects that has contributed to the increased incidence of this problem in schools, such as the change of society, lack of boundaries, lack of rules, family disorders, among others. The article is theoretical foundation Aquino (1996), Vasconcellos (2009) Beloved (2001), Werneck (2009), among others. Finally, does the forwarding order some preventive considerations in school level, showing the importance of dialogue and partnership work (family and school), and how the school can intervene to mediate the issue presented here.
