This business plan derived from the need to have an x-ray on the business operations of the company “Crepettit”, and then present it to the owners. Based on an exploratory research, collecting data on the consumption of crêpe in the region where the business operates, and identifying the costumer profile of its products, the data presented here will contribute to decision-making regarding the improvement of strategies, workflows and process mapping. The results obtained by this quantitative/qualitative research generated ideas and glimpses for the owners about the possibility of enlargement unit of the crêpe house. With these results, some problems that need adjustments and alignment were identified. Therefore, this study will function as a strategic plan for the expansion of the business’ operations within the city. Crepettit has over a year of operations with positive results in Praia da Pipa – a municipality of Tibau do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Before the company formally started its operations, Crepettit had become a renowned food cart, participating in itinerant fairs and meetings held in condominiums in the city of Natal, the capital of the state. This study will serve as an analytical tool for financial, economic, and operational viability, as well as being able to support the company’s decisions to enlargement.
