From this perspective, this article aims to map Brazilian scientific publications in a public domain database, on the use of mobile communication technologies in childhood. This research is theoretically based on the contributions of authors related to the theme of technologies and connected childhood, such as Castells (1999), Buckingham (2007), Belloni (2009) and Bonn (2010). As a bibliographic review of analytical character, we anchored in the content analysis proposed by Bardin (2011).
