With this search, it is possible to verify the level of satisfaction of employees who lives in different realities, in the various sectors of the company. Methodologically, this is a qualitative research with the individuals before mentioned. Data collection was made through an in loco interview, about motivation, interests, satisfaction in the company and others aspects. The results presented a considerably good degree of satisfaction, where many employees expectations was attended. Although there are passive points of improvement, such as remuneration, goals program, incentive to professional improvement and others. To attend these demands and claims, it is important to put in practice some tools that people management provides, for example, a climate research, an action plan that enables changes, and that influences the motivation and satisfaction of them.
