For this, through the bibliographic review methodology, authors like Paulo Bonavides, Daniel Amorim Assumpção Neves, Donizetti, Thiago Ferreira Siqueira, among others, were used as a theoretical reference. The results show that the 2015 Civil Procedure Code brought several innovations so that the procedural system became more in line with the constitutional norms, principles and values, among these innovations, the express prediction of the anticipated partial decision on the merits.
