The objective of this study is to report the experience of implementing the practice of pharmaceutical anamnesis in the routine of gynecological/obstetric care at a regional hospital, in the city of Currais Novos/RN. The preparation of the pharmaceutical anamnesis instrument was conducted through bibliographical research and direct observation of work processes and service routine during the Multiprofessional Residency.
