Given this demand, this work aims to investigate the factors that contribute to the inefficiency of drainage systems in Parnamirim/RN. To this end, it also seeks to analyze the possible causes and impacts in five (05) points in the municipality of Parnamirim/RN and highlight the need for adequate urban planning that takes into account local characteristics and promotes the city's resilience in the face of natural disasters.
